FACIAL IMPLANTS CHIN WITH LIP REDUCTION

A 26-year-old Miami cosmetic surgery patient came to our plastic surgery clinic in Fort Lauderdale requesting improvement of his facial implants and lips. He wanted more square, masculine chin and mild reduction of his lips.

Clinical evaluation revealed a small, narrow chin positioned far behind his protruding lips and nose on profile view. He also demonstrated a narrow chin which was overshadowed by large lips on front view (left).

Surgery was performed in our AAAA Certified Office Surgery Center in Fort Lauderdale in general anesthesia. It included placement of a large chin implant  through a small incision placed inside of the mouth as well as reduction of upper and lower lips.
