This 48–year-old cosmetic surgery patient from Weston came to our office for a consultation regarding body contouring surgery. She was interested in tummy tuck surgery.

After thorough clinical evaluation in our cosmetic surgery office, we discussed abdominoplasty with liposuction of abdomen, flanks and lower back.

Surgery was performed in general anesthesia in hospital. Abdominal muscles were tightened (tucked), abdominal skin was pulled down and removed and a belly button was placed in a new position. Aggressive liposuction of abdominal and lower back skin followed in order to thin and shape the fat deposits between muscles and skin.
