A 25-year-old patient visited our Fort Lauderdale office with a desire for body contouring of their buttocks, hips, abdomen, and lower back. They had recently lost 25 lbs. and were looking for further improvement in their body shape. After discussing the available options, we decided to proceed with a comprehensive procedure. This involved performing liposuction on the abdomen, flanks, and lower back (also known as liposuction of the torso, 360), followed by fat transfer to the buttocks and hips.

The procedure was conducted under general anesthesia and lasted approximately 2 hours. To ensure safety and minimize complications related to fat clots and fat embolism, we utilized an Ultrasound device to guide the injection of fat grafts. A total of 2000 ml of fat grafts (1000 ml per side) were injected into the buttocks and hips.
