If you’re considering plastic surgery in Fort Lauderdale, there are a few things to consider prior to your arrival at Dr. Zoran’s cosmetic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale. Follow the steps below in order to create a seamless process before, during, and after your surgical consultation.

1. Schedule Your Consultation

You can schedule a consultation with Dr. Zoran by Facetime or Skype ($150) or in-person. The $150 Skype fee is applicable to your procedure if you choose to go through with it. Ensure you make the appropriate accommodations if you are traveling for plastic surgery, like hotel, food, time off from work, etc.

2. Explore Financing Options and Deposit

After your consultation, you receive your quote for how much your procedure(s) of interest would cost. You can explore financing options if needed. Many of our patients finance through companies like CareCredit, Alphaeon, and Loan Hero. A $1,000 deposit is needed to save your surgery date. One week prior to the procedure, the remaining balance is due.

3. Schedule a Pre-Operative Appointment

You will need to schedule a pre-op before your surgery. Our staff will review everything with you before your procedure. It’s important to make sure you’re not taking any medications or supplements for at least two weeks prior to your surgery. For minor aches and pains, take Tylenol ONLY. Click here to see pre-op medication instructions.

4. Medical Clearance

You will need medical clearance from your primary care physician to ensure that you can undergo surgery. Click here for our medical clearance form.

5. Make Appropriate Accommodations for Your Stay

Make appropriate accommodations for your surgery, such as hotel, food, transportation etc. You will need someone to pick you up after surgery and take you to your post-operative appointment the next day. You will also need someone to stay with you for the first day and the first night after surgery. If you need help arranging an aide, our office can provide recommendations for you.

6. Schedule a Post-Operative Appointment

Give yourself enough time in Fort Lauderdale to make your post-operative appointments with Dr. Potparic. You may need to stay for at least a week post-op. However, the length of time that you should stay in Fort Lauderdale depends on your procedure. Consult with our office staff to find out more information about how long you will need to stay post-op.
