This 42 years old patient came to us to have correction of labial deformity. Large labia created multiple problems including sport activity, hygiene, underwear selection, painful intercourse, etc.. Surgery for reduction of large labia minora is done in local anesthesia, occasionally with sedation. It involves wedge or other type of excision of redundant labia, sometime including redundant skin (hood) covering clitoris. Postoperative course  includes minimal-mild discomfort and significant swelling. Patient can resume sexual activity in average 4-6 weeks after surgery. Patient is shown before and after reduction of labia minora.
