FACIAL, CHEEK IMPLANTS – FACIAL FAT GRAFTS – RHINOPLASTY – NOSE SURGERY REVISION

This 26-year-old cosmetic patient from Australia presented in our plastic surgery office requesting consultation about multiple facial procedures. She wanted correction of the nose but also improvements around the eyes and possibly bigger chin.

After detailed analysis of her facial structure, both bones and soft tissue, we concluded that patient would benefit from augmentation of chin and cheeks with facial implants, nose shaping surgery and fat grafting over cheeks and around the eyes. After thorough discussion we concluded to proceed with rhinoplasty, cheek and chin implants and fat grafting.

Her surgery was done in general anesthesia in our office based plastic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale. It consisted of external rhinoplasty (nose shaping), chin and cheek augmentation with implants and fat grafting over augmented areas of chin and cheeks and around eyebrows. She was discharged home 1 hour after surgery. She left country on a sailing boat 2 weeks later.
