A 57-year-old patient requested facial rejuvenation. She has excellent skin and minimal signs of aging. A SMAS-based lower face and neck lift was done. The patient is shown before and 12 months after. The last set of photos shows her before surgery without a scar and a well-hidden, healed scar 1year after facelift surgery.
