Breast Symmastia Correction after Breast Augmentation

Patient had breast augmentation with silicone implants. She insisted on larger implants. Several months after surgery she developed “uniboob”, symmastia deformity as well as downward displacement of the implants. Symmastia surgery consisted of separation of the implant pockets as well as lift of both implants by adjusting lower breast folds. Patient is shown 1 week after surgery and 5 years after symmastia surgery.
