MOMMY MAKEOVER - TUMMY TUCK, LIPOSUCTION, BREAST AUGMENTATION, AND BREAST LIFT

A 32-year-old female cosmetic patient from Chicago, mother of 3, came into the office to consult for an abdominoplasty. After discussing her issues/concerns, she decided to have a full mommy makeover. Mommy Makeover is a very common option for women who have had children and want to recapture their pre-pregnancy body. It is a combination of body and breast procedures to help achieve the desired look. In this case, our patient received tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift, and breast augmentation.

Surgery was done in our office plastic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Patient received 350cc saline implants with the vertical (lollipop) breast lift. We then liposuctioned a moderate amount of fat around her flanks, lower back, and upper abdominal area. We removed a total of 900 cc of lipo aspirate (fat). Liposuction was followed by a full tummy tuck, including tightening of the rectus muscles, removal of the skin, and creation of new belly button. Patient is shown before and 3 months after having MMO, which included breast lift/augmentation, tummy tuck, and liposuction.
