BREAST LIFT AFTER IMPLANT REMOVAL
This patient had a breast augmentation 7 years ago. She came into our office requesting an improvement of her scars and the shape of her breasts. She wanted her implants removed and to have her breasts lifted.
Under general anesthesia, we removed 275 ml. smooth gel implants (which were placed underneath the muscle) followed by a vertical breast lift. This allowed us to remove deforming breast scars, create a nice shape, reduce the size of the areolas, and elevate the nipple and areola on top of the breast mound.
Patient is shown before and 2.5 years after the implant removal and breast lift surgery.
