BREAST LIFT/AUGMENTATION
This 34-year-old patient wanted breast lift and exchange of saline implants for silicone gel implants. She wanted to stay the same cup size as she was before surgery.
Since she had a small breast asymmetry, right breast being slightly smaller, we selected larger 400 ml. implant for right breast and smaller 350 ml. for left breast. Both implants were Memory Gel, high profile, smooth, round implants.
Patient is shown before implant exchange/breast lift surgery and 2 months after vertical breast lift with augmentation.
