BREAST AUGMENTATION 134

A 34-year-old plastic surgery patient from Fort Lauderdale presented to our plastic surgery office for consultation about breast enlargement. Her bra cup size was 34 B; she wanted to be a full C cup.

After clinical evaluation in our cosmetic surgery center we decided to use 375ml, moderate profile silicone gel implants to achieve desired correction.

Her surgery was done in general anesthesia supervised by a board certified anesthesiologyst. One hour after breast surgery was completed she was discharged home with a postoperative care provided by her husband. She was back to a full work 6 days after surgery.

Breast implants were placed through small incisions (2-2.5”) placed along lower border of areolas. Both silicone breast implants were placed in sub-muscular pockets, underneath the muscles.
