Breast asymmetry
This patient had deformity known as tuberous, tubular breasts or narrow base breasts. Major attributes of this deformity are large, protruding, herniated areolas, narrow sagging breasts that look like tuber or tube. In a single surgery, breast shape is changed by manipulating breast glandular tissue as well as breast envelope; reduction of areola is performed after it and, finally, 300 ml. silicone gel implants are placed underneath the muscle. Before and after photos are presented.
