This patient had tuberous breasts treated with fat grafting elsewhere. She had two stages of fat grafting 8 months apart. She came to us to correct still existing areola protrusion and  large, asymmetric areolas. Unfortunately we do not have photos before her areola/herniation reduction. Series of photos show postoperative result after fat grafting and areola reductions. We added third series of fat grafts to correct existing groove in the lower pole of both breasts. Fat grafting is an excellent tool, in particular in the final stage of reconstruction, to achieve fine correction of shape and volume of tuberous breasts.
