Breast lift
This 62 years old patient complained of saggy, deflated breast; her bra cup size was 36 D. Patient wanted lift and augmentation to achieve 36 DD cup size. In general anesthesia, we performed augmentation first, placing 400 ml smooth, moderate profile gel implants underneath the muscle, followed with vertical (lolly-pop) breast lift. Before and 14 months after photos are presented.
