NIPPLE/AREOLA SURGERY 148

This 42-year-old patient had breast reduction surgery in Miami 2 years ago. As a result of her breast surgery both nipples became smaller and flat. She came to our Ft. Lauderdale plastic surgery facility for consult about nipple enlargement.

When clinical evaluation was completed we discussed several options for nipple enlargement. In her case we selected to use local flaps from areola to enlarge nipples.

Surgery was done in local anesthesia. Patient drove herself home after surgery. She was back to work next day.
