Fat grafts to face- periorbital areas
A 47 year old patient comes for periorbital rejuvenation. She wants fuller cheeks and improvement of lower eyelids pads and tear trough. Lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty with minimal excision of eyelid skin and periorbital fat grafting were performed. She is shown 12 months after surgery.
