BREAST REDUCTION - POST OPERATIVE SCARS 248

A 42-years-old cosmetic patient from Miami came for a consultation about breast reduction surgery. She wanted her breasts smaller, perkier and areolas smaller and symmetric. Her bra cup size was 36DD due to a larger left breast.

After thorough clinical analysis of her condition we discussed breast reduction surgery in details; breast asymmetry correction, removal of breast tissue, possible decreased sensation of the breast and nipples, placement and appearance of scars and most importantly, size of breasts after reduction. Patient desired cup size C.

Surgery was done in general anesthesia in our accredited plastic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale. Patient was discharged home 1 hour after surgery.  She was back to work in 10 days.
