Breast augmentation

This young woman presented with severely asymmetric, tuberous breasts. She wanted correction and enlargement. In a single procedure we performed reduction and lift of right breast, lift and reshaping of left, smaller breast and augmentation with 400 ml saline implant on right side and 450 ml implant on left side. Reduction of areolas and correction of protruding breast tissue was done using incision around areola on both sides. Patient is shown before correction of narrow, tuberous breasts and 5 months after.
