BREAST AUGMENTATION 46

22 years old student from Palm Beach, very shy and timid by nature, wanted breast enlargement with breast implants. Her body posture, as seen on her preoperative image, is typical for young woman with small breast  subconsciously hiding her “deformity”. Her breasts are size A cup, narrow and symmetric. After simple breast augmentation with saline implants placed underneath the muscle through lower areola incision (periareolar incision) patient  shows full, youthful, symmetric breasts with cleavage. Notice her scars along lower border of areola marked with marker for better visualization. Her areolas are larger and proportional to her breasts. However, the major change visible on her image 2 years after breast enlargement is her posture; straight, proud and completely aware of her beautiful breasts.
