BREAST LIFT WITH AUGMENTATION 188

This patient came from Jacksonville, Fl. for a consult about breast lift. She was 49-year-old, has 2 grown kids and wanted to do “something for myself”.

After we completed clinical evaluation and relevant medical history we discussed two options available for breast lift (mastopexy). First option would be a straight breast lift that would give her reshaped, elevated, perky breasts approximately one cup size smaller than her current breast size. The other option would be breast augmentation with implants that would allow her to keep her current cup size or be even larger. She decided for breast lift with augmentation known as augmentation mastopexy.

Surgery was done in general anesthesia in our accredited Fort Lauderdale office surgery center. Surgery included breast enlargement with silicone gel implants 350 ml placed underneath the muscle (submuscular pocket) followed by breast lift.
