This 48-year-old patient, a mother of two, wanted breast augmentation with silicone gel implants. Her bra size was 32 A, and she wanted to be C cup.
Under general anesthesia, we placed 325 ml. high profile, round, smooth, gel implants into submuscular pockets (underneath the muscle).
Patient is shown before and 3 months after breast augmentation with silicone gel implants.
