BREAST AUGMENTATION CASE 348

A 29-years-old patient from Miami came to our cosmetic surgery office in Ft. Lauderdale requesting breast augmentation. She was 34 B cup size; she wanted to be full C cup.

Surgery was done in general anesthesia in our Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery Center; round, smooth, silicone gel implants 325 ml. were placed underneath the muscles. Multiple rib nerve blocks were given in the course of surgery so that her postoperative recovery was painless. She was back to work in 4 days.

Patient is shown before breast implant surgery and 1 year after breast augmentation with silicone implants with her clothes on and off.
