Mommy Make Over
This patient had “gel” injected in her breasts 15 years ago. She complained of saggy, uneven, lumpy breasts, loose abdominal skin, irregularities after liposuction she had 3 years ago, small, flat buttocks and wide hips. After thorough evaluation we decided to do her mommy make over in two stages. First we performed liposuction of abdomen and flanks (to correct irregularities and collect fat for buttock grafting/augmentation) followed with fat transfer to buttocks, 550 ml. per side. Second surgery was done 6 weeks later and it included removal of foreign material from the breasts( unknown substance, not silicone, with significant necrosis of breast tissue around it) and breast reduction to achieve breast symmetry and lift. In the same surgery we did a tummy tuck. Patient recovery from both procedures was uneventful. Before and 3 months after last surgery photos are shown.
We will wait for 3 more months to place small implants for breast augmentation to decrease risk of infection considering foreign material that was removed from her breasts.
