This patient wanted a periorbital rejuvenation including lower eyelid surgery and fat graft transfer around eyes (cheeks and brows).

Surgery was done using twilight anesthesia and included the harvesting of fat grafts from the abdomen, injection of fat grafts in the cheeks and brows, and followed by transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty.

Patient is shown before and 4.5 months after surgery.
