BREAST LIFT 25

This patient is a 27 year-old-mom.  1 year after giving birth to a girl, she complains that her breasts are saggy and empty. She has also noticed that her areolas are significantly larger than before pregnancy. She wanted her breasts to be fuller, higher and her areolas smaller and proportional to the size of the breast. Considering that patient already had enough breast tissue we used 325 ml. silicone gel implant which was placed underneath the muscle. We selected “lollipop incision” to achieve breast lift. As demonstrated on her preoperative image on the left, portion of breast skin and areolas are removed in order to create tighter breast envelope, lift nipple and areola and create symmetric areolas. Patient is shown before and 6 months after breast augmentation with silicone implants and breast lift. Her scars are still fresh and will fade within next 6-8 months. She has no horizontal scar in her breast crease.
