BUTTOCK AUGMENTATION WITH FAT GRAFTS

This patient underwent liposuction surgery of abdomen and flanks as a part of major breast and body contouring surgery. Fat tissue harvested during liposuction was purified and prepared as fat grafts and placed into buttocks to slightly increase volume and improve shape of buttock/lower back area.

Preoperative images are on the left; postoperative images 6 months after surgery are on the right.  Notice improvement in the shape of buttocks and back after body contouring using combination of liposuction and fat grafting.
