A male patient, who requested neck contouring surgery, originally had a very short, heavy neck and small chin. Moreover, the procedures discussed included augmentation of the chin with an implant, and then a neck lift to tighten and create the anterior neck angle, as well as the cleaning of the neck in order to increase the projection of the jaw line and visibility of the chin.
