This cosmetic patient from out of country came to our cosmetic surgery practice in Fort Lauderdale requesting breast lift and small augmentation. She complained of asymmetric breasts both by means of size and droopiness. Her surgery was done in general anesthesia in our office based plastic surgery center in Ft. Lauderdale. It involved slight reduction of left breast, lift of both breasts and enlargement with moderate profile smooth gel implants 350 ml. Her recovery was practically painless due to multiple rib nerve blocks given at the end of procedure. She left county 4 days after surgery. Patient is shown before breast lift and augmentation and 18 months after breast reduction, breast lift and augmentation with silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle. Good breast symmetry and nice barely visible scars are visible.
