BLEPHAROPLASTY – EYELID SURGERY CASE #306

A 50-years-old female from South Florida came to our office to discuss facial rejuvenatation. She is very active professional women that wants to keep her youthful look for number of years. After detailed clinical evaluation we discussed face and neck lift, upper eyelid surgery and fat grafting of the multiple areas of the face.

Her surgery was done in our office based plastic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale, AAAASF certified. It included fat graft harvest from abdomen, injection of fat grafts into multiple areas of face, upper eyelid surgery, face and neck lift and chemical peel of the lower eyelids. Patient was discharged home after surgery; she was back to work in 3 weeks.

Patient is shown for the purpose of presenting result of upper blepharoplasty, cheek, brows and around the eyelids fat grafting, as well as lower eyelid chemical peel. Notice improvement of eyebrows by means of youthful  fullness and lift, fulness of upper cheeks and improvement of upper eyelids 10 months after surgery.
