FACE LIFT AND NECK LIFT

A 65-year-old female professional from Miami was interested in cosmetic surgery and wanted “a full face makeover” before her retirement. About 15 years ago, she had a face lift and eyelid surgery done elsewhere.  She wanted face and neck lift, fat grafts to peri-orbital areas, eyelids and nose surgery done in the same time.

Her surgery was performed in the hospital in general anesthesia (in office based surgery center maximum time allowed for surgery is 7 hours; this surgery took 8 hours).

It included upper and lower eyelid surgery, nose surgery, face and neck lift and fat grafting of the face.

Notice improvement in neck and jawline and, in particular, right earlobe improvement; a stretched earlobe after first face lift surgery (left) was corrected in her second surgery (right). Even with her hairstyle a scar in front of the ear is almost invisible while the scar behind right ear is completely invisible because it is hidden in the crease behind the ear (right).
