CORRECTION OF MARIONETTE LINES

A 60-year-old Fort Lauderdale cosmetic surgery patient wanted mild enlargement of the lips and correction of downturned lip/mouth corners. Minimal amount of soft tissue filler, 0.8-1 ml (Belotero, Juvaderm, Restylane) was injected along the “white role” (a line separating red portion of lip from the surrounding skin) and in mouth corners to achieve mild lip enhancement  and improvement of corners of the lip/mouth (marionette lines).
