FACE AND NECK LIFT – UPPER AND LOWER EYELIDS – BROW LIFT
A 72-year-old Boca Raton cosmetic patient wanted a full rejuvenation of the face as a birthday present from her son.
When she came in for a cosmetic consultation at our Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery center, we discussed face and neck lift surgery, upper and lower eyelid surgery and brow lift. Considering that the patient has a moderate heart condition, after a consultation with her cardiologist, we decided to do her surgery in the hospital where she could receive necessary cardiology care after surgery, if needed.
Her surgery was performed under general anesthesia; it included all necessary preparations for a patient with heart condition to keep her stable and avoid any cardiac complications in the course of her surgery. Surgery included a face and neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and brow and forehead lift. Her postoperative course was smooth and she was discharged from the hospital the day after surgery.

Notice the improvement in her neck, jawline, cheeks, around the eyes and mouth. A significant lift and shaping of the brows was achieved with endoscopic brow lift.

There is a significant change in the neck, jawline, jowls, cheeks and folds around the mouth. Notice a change in skin tone and texture as a result of an intermediate chemical peel.
